All the boxes will be the same, or nearly the same – with over 100 boxes going out, there’s just no way to do custom boxes! I’ll post the current flavor list later, but right now it’s seven dark chocolate bonbons, two white, two milk chocolate, and a collection of fudges, dark chocolate dipped fruits, caramels, toffees, brandied-cherry cordials, etc. There will be another 9-10 flavors added to the list, most likely dark chocolates.

And you may be pleasantly surprised by the white chocolate bonbons. I despise most white chocolates (WAY too sweet), but I do like Valrhona’s Ivoire – a rich vanilla flavor with plenty of cocoa butter. It’s not (dark) chocolate but it’s a very well-done vanilla-cocoa butter confection. Not too sweet at all. I really like it, and I’m generally not a fan of white chocolate either.

Tien, what an interesting post.

I’m one of those in awe of your vision, energy, and accomplishments. I will also be one of your lucky Weavolution chocolate recipients (donation from Somatic Options) so have been following your chocolate experiments with great anticipation.

Will all the boxes be the same? I’m a fairly adventurous eater but I think white chocolate is an abomination — not chocolate at all but some other kind of confection — so I’m hoping my box will contain mostly (or all) dark chocolate offerings.

I look forward to seeing the evolution of Weavolution!
