There&#039;s nothing wrong with organic chocolates generally - it&#039;s just that the last time I tried Valrhona&#039;s organic chocolates line, it was vastly inferior to their regular chocolates, so I&#039;m not going to try them again for awhile.  I don&#039;t think it has anything to do with organic vs. non-organically farmed chocolates in general.</description>
