Ow! Sore all over…

Between being saddle-sore from getting back on the bike, and sore from the last two workouts, moving is a bit painful these days.  🙁  My hams, abs, lower back, glutes, quads, medial quads are all sore.  Fortunately, today is a day off (which means just a bit of stretching and core exercises) – I hope that clears up the muscle soreness.  Friday I have a 45-minute ride and Saturday I have a three-hour ride.  I REALLY hope my butt stops being sore before that one.

I am currently torn between exploring more weaving exercises and trying to design a Shetland lace shawl a la Sharon Miller’s book Heirloom Knitting.  It’s a tough call.
