This "working all weekend" stuff is getting old.

Worked all weekend this weekend, although we came in for “only” 8 hours as opposed to the 10+ hours/day I’ve been doing during the workweek.  Last weekend I had “off”, the weekend before that I was working again.  This is rapidly getting old.  Granted that there are solid reasons we need to push to finish, and that this is a startup, I’m still starting to get cranky.  Time to do laundry, cook, etc. would be nice.

That being said, I have still managed to knit a few rows on my travel shawl – even if it’s only 8 rows of garter stitch.  One must get in a bit of fiber arts where one can.

I am also going to pick up my book on pattern drafting and read it a bit over lunchtime.  All work and no play makes Tien verrrry cranky.
